1. 3-5 minutes morning meditation on the mantra - "I ask that forgiveness set me and everyone free."
2. Pay attention for when you put the masks back on - move to forgiveness - no judgment.
3. Affirmations:
I forgive myself for not being perfect and even trying to be.
I love and accept myself exactly as I am - right now!
