CLASS #1 

laid the foundation for the journey ahead.  We ...

  • Explored what and where heaven is
  • Talked about Holy Spirit and Its role in this course - and asked you to choose the name and nature of this Higher Power that works best for you
  • Learned about the CHAKRAS - what they are and how they will be utilized
  • Did a very important GUIDED EXERCISE to set free the child within that has been conditioned to believe in an external God that is judgmental, that heaven is a geographical location opposite to hell, and a lot more fearful stuff ... get it out and let it go!

If I really, really, really knew the Kingdom of Heaven is within, that all that God has and gives is mine, and that I am FULLY supported then I would have the courage to stand up and say that the world is calling me to be ….

God is our support, safety & security

  • Wonderful review of week 1. What is heaven and where is it?  What is the Holy Spirit? What are chakras?
  • Explored our history and present day experience around feeling supported, safe, and secure in God
  • Guided experience to purify the subconscious mind (invoking the Holy Spirit to do the heavy lifting)
  • Reestablished God as our support, safety & security in our root chakra

JOY WORK for the week

morning meditation

Establish the experience of God within as your support, safety & security in your root chakra.  Invoke the presence of the Holy Spirit (or whatever name you choose) to purify the subconscious mind of all patterns of fear and belief that your security is in the world.  Establish within yourself the experience of support, safety & security within.

 

CLASS #3 

  • Continued discovering HEAVEN as a state of consciousness - within us now and always.
  • Established God as our SOURCE & POWER in the second chakra
  • Surrendered the small "i" and activated GOD'S WILL to be done
  • And ... we danced. :)

CLASS #4 

This is such an important focus - the HEART CHAKRA - and the activation of the Christ Heart within to do all the work.  Please be sure to listen and do the healing experience provided.

CLASS #5 

We completed all 7 chakras!  Woo hoo.  This was a great class with inspired conversation.  Be sure to do your morning JOY WORK.  A new, easier to follow guided meditation has been created for you.

In this final class the pre experience, which is FORGIVENESS is taught along with how to intend and pray within heaven.
